Phase 1: Preliminary Examination

CSAT or Civil Services Aptitude Test is the Preliminary examination of UPSC included Reasoning and Analytical questions. There are two papers of 200 marks for two hours duration for each.

 Phase 2: Main Examination Syllabus (1750 Marks):

Marks obtained in qualifying nature exam will not be counted for final merit. Thus main papers are for 1750 marks. Interview will be of 275 marks therefore maximum marks will be 2025.
