Educational Qualification:

If a candidate is going to apply for the CAT entrance exam test then he/she must be a graduate with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of SC/ST/DA/PWD) or possess a similar qualification identify by the ministry of HRD, Government of India.

Those aspirants who are appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree / equivalent qualification and those who have completed degree and are waiting for the results they can also apply.

Applier if selected needs to submit a certificate from the Principal/Registrar of College/Institute stating that the candidate has completed all the requirements for obtaining the bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification on the date of the issue of the certificate.

Candidates who want to fill the form, there is no age limit for the CAT entrance exam. Anyone can apply in any age. If you qualify the entrance exam and got selected for the interview then you need to take these documents with you.

  • Cast certificate.

Selection Procedure:

  • The selection process for the CAT Admission is divided into 2 sections, first section is the written exam and the second one is counseling.
  • Those candidates who are appeared in the test they will get a score card which identifies the position of the candidates and their marks.
  • There will be a counseling section after the exam and the right college should be offered for the candidates according to their score.

70% Weightage is given to Personal Interview Score or counseling and 30% Weightage is given to the CAT/GMAT Score.
